PAN CARD T&C
For purchases above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card Number must be provided upon placing the order in the manner specified by THE END IMPEX. Failure to provide the same shall result in the cancellation of the order.
For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs 2 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN card number and click on verify Pan Card. Only upon PAN card verification, the order will proceed ahead to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed ahead with the order.
Eligibility Criteria
If you are below 18 years of age, you are prohibited to use/purchase/contract from or with this website. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use this website.
Those who choose to access this website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws and to the extent local laws are applicable. Pricing and Payment
Pricing and Payment
For orders being shipped within India, the payment can only be accepted in INR. Prices will be MRP and CGST/SGST and IGST, as applicable.
In the case of international credit cards being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. If you have made the payment by International card or foreign bank-issued card then you will be required to send us any government-issued photo Identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below

International Orders: Payments for International Orders are accepted through the PayPal gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. For orders being shipped outside India, the payment will be accepted in US Dollars, Euro, British Pound, Australian dollars, and Dirham For international orders, currency conversion rates will apply according to the prevailing exchange rates on the day of placing the order.
For shipments being sent outside India, Prices will include all the applicable taxes in India and the shipping and handling charges.

Delivery Method:
*Delivery to metro locations will be faster. Express Delivery option available for select pin codes for select cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore) for select products under this option the product will be delivered in the next 2 days subject to the condition that the order is placed by 3 PM.
Orders placed after 3 pm for M pin codes will follow the TAT of T+3 days, and for other pin codes, it will follow a regular TAT of 5/7 days for domestic orders.
It is not applicable for International Orders as it will continue to follow the TAT of T+20 days
If there is a public holiday or Sunday, the TAT for express delivery will extend by another day. Customers are advised to expect the delivery by the date mentioned under the Express delivery option.

In the case of Fine jewellery, Local Custom Clearance, Insurance & Freight Charges (CIF Charges) will be borne by THE END IMPEX, however, VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 business days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 16 working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner, you have made the payment. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient.

If you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if THE END IMPEX has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with this user agreement, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to our website.
c) In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by THE END IMPEX for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall bear such expenses.
d) You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. THE END IMPEX reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, THE END IMPEX also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making a delivery in certain cases. If upon confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely), THE END IMPEX has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the services of earrings infinity and or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
e) You confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s), ordered by you, is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects.
f) Before placing an order you shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item’s description.
g) If there is any delay in the delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, then you shall not hold THE END IMPEX liable for such delay in the delivery of the product.
h) In case you use an International card or foreign bank-issued card for payment of domestic order or you have ordered something to be delivered outside India, then you have to provide us with any government-issued photo identity proof. For example:

Restriction
THE END IMPEX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the quantity/value of the items purchased by you and such other restrictions as may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit/debit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/ or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. THE END IMPEX reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

Cancellation by THE END IMPEX
There may be certain orders that THE END IMPEX cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any other issue which THE END IMPEX identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We may notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order.
Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from the Track Order link available at earrings infinity Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by the customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through a cheque.
NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest by checking whether the amount has been credited to our account or not.
Return and Exchange Policy
THE END IMPEX is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Before you return to THE END IMPEX product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in Udaipur, Jaipur, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
5 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
1. Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of the order. You must email the site email to notify us.
2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us photographs & videos of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of THE END IMPEX QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
3. Products can be returned within 10 days from the time of receipt of goods at the customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases. The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange.
4. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
5. THE END IMPEX will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card or through (amount would be refunded through cheque )used for online shopping We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.
· Repair charges on goods which are six months old or more: Products sold beyond the period of six months will be repaired on a chargeable basis for gold plated and silver ornaments and the actual cost of repair will be charged from the customer. The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required and the quantum of silver or gold consumed for the repair of the piece. An estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by THE END IMPEX.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. Genuine quality issues.
2. Packages lost in transit.
3. In case THE END IMPEX discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to
you.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
4. Package refused by the recipient.
5. Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before
making your purchase.
6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use
natural stones, so there may be some variations from the photographs on
our website.
8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
9. The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at his/her end.
In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 20% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
NOTE: In the case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products, except for those cases where a defective product has been delivered. You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. You are required to send video, and photographs & report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product either by calling us on +91-7665714145 or writing to us on earrings infinity. Fraudulent Transactions
Titan reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages caused to THE END IMPEX and legal expenses from persons using the site fraudulently. THE END IMPEX reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
Disclaimer
All products and the information displayed on earrings infinity constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed herein. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in part or in full.
